Returns & Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used cosmetic products.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you received a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [ retail.us@memebox.com ].

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Returns must be approved before being sent back.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are fulfilled quickly through Amazon MCF, so cancellations or changes may not be possible once processing begins.
